*** Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere Tour ***

Personnel: Neil Young - vocals, guitar :: Danny Whitten - guitar, vocals :: Billy Talbot - bass, vocals :: Ralph Molina - drums, vocals :: Jack Nitzsche - electric piano.

Notes: This soundboard tape has been issued before on the two cdr set Winterlong on The Swingin' Pig (TSP-CD-042-2). There also exists a Rust version. But the master reel-to-reel surfaced recently with much better sound. Seymour was the first who released it several month ago. This is the best quality of the three that are going around. It sounds like a generation earlier, doesn't have the peak clipping or limited dynamic range of the others The first time this recording is at the correct pitch.

Has a complete Down By The River (missing section probably spliced in). To my ears it has less hiss but without loss of music

Thanks! Had the older version, and this sounds a little "crisper" and clearer. It's a must have for any Crazy Horse fan.

This blog is merely an index with public links for audio recordings of independent origin (ROIO) which have not been officially released. No audio or video content is hosted here. We only provide meta information files for the ROIOs. If you're an artist (or a legal representative of an artist or its estate) and you don't want your ROIOs shared on this blog for FREE among your fans, you may opt out any time by sending e-mail to the site admin. We will then put you in our list of not allowed artists. This will halt all sharing of your ROIOs in this blog within minutes. BTW, the ROIOs exist, you can't make them vanish. So, why not let your fans get them for free from one another instead of having to purchase them from commercial bootleggers on auction sites?
