*** Who's Next US Tour ***

Personnel: Roger Daltrey :: Pete Townshend :: John Entwistle :: Keith Moon.

Notes: This is a great show from the second leg of the Who's Next 1971 US tour. The performance is probably one of the best of the year, the stage banter is silly as usual and the sound is pretty good. Not perfect for a soundboard recording but Who soundboards from this era are very rare so this one is worth checking out.<-(Info taken from original info file).

Great material from a great band. I understand that the who scrapped an album project after Who`s Next because Pete felt that the tracks were to similar to Who`s Next tracks. The album was to be Titled `Long Live Rock`. I wonder if any of these session tracks other than `Long live Rock` from odds and sodds ever saw the light of day?

Will check it out, thank you. Btw, is this a "must-have" Who boot?

This blog is merely an index with public links for audio recordings of independent origin (ROIO) which have not been officially released. No audio or video content is hosted here. We only provide meta information files for the ROIOs. If you're an artist (or a legal representative of an artist or its estate) and you don't want your ROIOs shared on this blog for FREE among your fans, you may opt out any time by sending e-mail to the site admin. We will then put you in our list of not allowed artists. This will halt all sharing of your ROIOs in this blog within minutes. BTW, the ROIOs exist, you can't make them vanish. So, why not let your fans get them for free from one another instead of having to purchase them from commercial bootleggers on auction sites?
